At Platformyrassets.world, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2.2 Eligible Items

Most items purchased from us are eligible for return, except for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (final sale items will be clearly marked)
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@platformyrassets.world or call us at +1 (308) 641-7695. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

3.2 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

3.3 Packaging

Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible. Include all original tags, labels, and any accessories that came with the item. Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

4.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Items returned with signs of use or damage
  • Missing original tags or packaging
  • Items that are not in their original condition

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@platformyrassets.world or +1 (308) 641-7695. Please include photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the specifications agreed upon. If you have concerns about a custom order, please contact us to discuss your options.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@platformyrassets.world.

9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or clearance items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless defective.

10. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
